Nature Tokens

our philosophy

32 Roots Connection offers guided forest therapy walks, deep nature connection programs, workshops & corporate wellness services.

We offer forest therapy walks inspired by many sacred practices, including Shinrin-Yoku, which is the science-backed Japanese practice of forest bathing. Literally translated to "forest bath", it's essentially the act of 'simply being in nature' and connecting to it through one’s senses.

32 Roots honours this "modern-ancient" practice of deep nature connection through maintaining strong ethics in guiding, embodying a standard flow model for walks and respecting the earth we work, live & learn on.

We offer one-on-one, group and custom designed deep nature connection programs & services, as well as host a variety of special events and gatherings. We also offer corporate wellness services that are created unique to your company or organization's needs. Please contact us for more info.

Financial assistance is available for select services, as we strongly believe in the importance of incorporating these practices into your life. Our aim is to guide and inspire you into continuing this practice on your own, for the rest of your life. If you are in financial need, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to work something out with you.

32 Roots Connection strongly believes in the importance of bringing the 'outdoors, in' to people who may not readily have the ability to enjoy the pleasures of nature, whether through physical restrictions, health issues or simply because they are living in more urban locations. A portion of proceeds from specific services goes towards a pool of funds that will be used to create and implement these important programs we hope to offer in the near future.

If you're interested in sponsoring or working with us on some of these special projects, please get in touch with us! We'd love to hear from you!
